Sarah Kahn

(EdD in Community Care & Counseling Traumatology student and MA in Human Rights & Social Justice student with Arizona State University).
 
Sarah Kahn currently lives in Durango, Colorado with her husband, two young sons, and bunches of animals. Sarah runs her own private practice doing psychotherapy that specializes in trauma counseling, and works as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Consultant for her tri-county area. She has been the Board President for Community Connections Inc., the main organization that provides comprehensive services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Four Corners area. She is passionate about human rights/social justice and equitable inclusion for those with disabilities, and advocacy for individuals who have become victims of trafficking. Throughout her life she has participated with various organizations providing services and support around the world, and plans on continuing working locally and globally to provide support and advocacy.
