Alycia Wright (she/her) has a JD from the University of Minnesota, specializing in Human Rights Law, a Master’s degree in International Comparative Legal Studies, and a BA in International Relations. During her time in Law School, Alycia served as the Vice President of the Asylum Law Project, working with nonprofits that focused on asylum. Alycia worked as an attorney for the Minnesota Legal Aid focusing on immigration law, at the Center for Victims of Torture in Minnesota, and at Arizona Voice for Crime Victims. She has worked with lobbyists and non-profits to develop best practices for handling asylum cases. Her work with vulnerable populations also include resettling refugees and providing after school care and programs for youth.
